In honor of Fall:My favorite pumpkin mask:

2 tsps cooked or canned pumpkin, pureed, 1/2 tsp honey (its a humectant - holds moisture and is regenerative), 1/3 tsp milk or soy milk (alpha hydroxy acid and enzymes slough off dead skin cells) - Mix and apply for up to 15 minutes! Rinse with warm water and apply a moisturizer. Enjoy!

Don't be afraid to sweat! Perspiration can actually be good for your skin. Working out helps rev up circulation, which actually aids healing, and sweat contains a natural antibiotic!!

Today we are paying homage to the multi-tasking cucumber! the wonder for tired eyes! the good for your waistline snack... AND a boost for your complexion as well! Cucumber is rich is silica, a mineral that maintains collagen production! So slice one up and dip in humus for a yummy, stay, young snack!!!

A new way to cleanse!!!! The latest massage technique can rev up your circulation, making you look lit from within. Plus, it's super easy: Coat fingers with cleanser and try these tips. Start kneading. Briskly rub your hands together until they feel warm from the friction. Then sweep the cleanser over your cheeks (with both hands) in an up- and-down, massaging motion.
Indoor heat (dry) is apt to be the main culprit when your complexion flakes out on you. People who spend time outdoors in winter aren't usually the ones with the most severely dehydrated skin. Allow your skin to recover during the night. Keep a humidifier in your bedroom. During the night, your skin goes into cell-renewal mode, making it the perfect time to rejuvenate your complexion! :)

Trying to stay healthy and in shape during the winter when I'm not outdoors as much... I load up on Vitamin C– rich fruit such as strawberries and raspberries which can help sizzle up to 30 percent more fat during exercise! I need all the help I can get!!! :)

One more scrub for rough and scaly skin due to winter! And it's DIY!!! Mix 1 cup of each: sea salt (to cleanse), cornmeal (to exfoliate), olive oil (to hydrate)... Rub all over your body and rinse :) Yay! Soft and moisturized skin!!!!

Winter is here and skin tends to become dry and flaky - Before turning on the water, rub a sugar-based body scrub all over your skin from head to toe. Exfoliating any rough areas before your skin is damp will help even out your texture and get rid of dulling flakes. :)

Just in time for Monday!!! Banish under eye shadows with peach, which diffuses blue tones. Swap your usual cover-up for apricot, brush tiny stripes on your skin and blend. Add a dot of white eyeliner or eye shadow to the inner corner of your eyelid and you'll look wide awake and ready to face the work week!!!! :) :)
